Ron Navas is an established Reliability Management Professional at CRBS (CodeRed Business Solutions), with more than 25 years of experience in reliability maintenance, project management, and team leadership. His career includes more than two decades at the Long Island Rail Road, where he applied Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies to improve maintenance performance and operational outcomes, leading initiatives generating more than USD$10 million in documented cost savings.

Ron supports major transit agencies through CRBS, delivering reliability strategy, gap analysis, and reliability management workshops for organizations such as DART, BART, and the MBTA.
