BIOGRAPHY

Adam Franco is the Director of Product Management and Business Development at Wabtec, leading product strategy and go-to-market for RailGhost, Wabtec's robotic inspection platform for yard automation, and the broader autonomy portfolio.

Adam works with railroads and engineering teams to translate maintenance and operating workflows into deployable inspection, coupling-state, and air-brake automation capabilities designed to improve safety, throughput, and consistency in yard operations. He is a former US Marine Corps Infantry Officer and decorated combat veteran.
